The Rules
1.there is only stick check
2.the only way to score is by a trick or by a quick-stick
3.only 3 players to a team
4.4 quarters 10 min each
5.only 2, 30 second time-outs every quarter
6.score with trick and quick-stick 2 points
7.no profanity or fighting until the game is done
8.only one coach per team
9.anyone can run anywhere on the feild
10.have to shoot from 10 yards in
11.no goal keeper
12.half time is 15 min
13.only plastic sticks
14.girls can play with boys
15.you can make your own team
16.making teams goes by hight weight and experience
17.1-2 years play 3-4 years play ect.
18.the commissioner is not responsible for any injeries
19.the commissioner can add and subtract rules
The game is played on a feild of 35 by 20yrds and played with mini goals. The players can trick out there sticks as much as possible.ther will be no padding, eye protection optional, gloves required.
teams are required to have ther own jersies with any disign or name but must be oked by the commitioner.
